Chemisty-Ocean-Climate

The Chemistry-Ocean-Climate team (CHOC) brings together scientists who study the impact of climate and multiple external factors such as continental, atmospheric, hydrothermal or anthropogenic contributions on biogeochemical cycles and marine organisms.

COMPLEx

Computational Plankton Ecology

COMPLEx is focused on the ecology of marine plankton. Their studies include the biogeography of planktonic communities, the biotic and abiotic factors that determine the distribution of populations, and the physiology and individual behavior of certain species.

OMTAB

Marine Optics & Remote Sensing

The OMTAB team focuses on the role of the ocean in global biogeochemical cycles, particularly the carbon cycle. The research ultimately contributes to responding to societal challenges involving the evolution and role of the oceans relating to climate change.

PISCO

Physiology, Interactions & Structure of Communities

This team studies the interactions between planktonic organisms and their environment with a focus on the singularity of species and their role in the determinism of the response of ecosystems to global change.
